Acquisitions of 2 semi con companies by US firms

Not sure if it must be acclaimed or feared.. but it seems that tech-oriented SMEs in Switzerland are prime targets for take overs. After GE's acquisition of Visiowave, here is an article from swissinfo on two other acquisitions in the semi conductor space. Definitely good news for the entrepreneurs that built those companies.. and also for the Swiss high-tech place if that signals further development in Switzerland!
