After years of whining over the brain drain, it seems that Switzerland is now in a "brain gain" position. We see many young scientists interested in Switzerland and are glad that the government may change its immigration policy to allow these young talents to stay and work in Switzerland at the end of their postdoc. Europe's tech centers are not SVs!

As we often discussed with friends, the lack of serial entrepreneurs and the greed factor seem to be major hurdles.
